Cedar Creek Ridge Apartments (Medina, OH)
This project focused on restoring the second-floor balcony. Our team performed all necessary structural concrete repairs, installing new rebar, applying fast-setting structural concrete, coating the underside, and pouring a new concrete surface on top. We also filled all precast holes solid with concrete to ensure long-lasting strength and durability.
Frank Lausche Building (Cleveland, OH)
Our team completed a full restoration of the lower portion of the Frank Lausche Building. The project included exterior washing, waterproofing, caulking, securing underside panels, and finishing with a fresh coat of paint to protect and revitalize the structure.
Lake Erie College (Painesville, OH)
Our team completed a full restoration including caulking, tuckpointing, washing, brick replacement, new penthouse windows, and installation of I-beams, lintels, and structural steel on the 8th floor. Years of roof leaks had corroded the original steel, so damaged sections were removed and replaced to restore the building’s strength.
LC RiverSouth (Columbus, OH)
This project involved two brand-new buildings in downtown Columbus. Our team completed full caulking and tooling of all windows and control joints, ensuring a uniform, high-quality finish across thousands of windows. The work enhanced both the appearance and long-term durability of the buildings’ exterior.
Oxford Place (Canton, OH)
This project transformed an abandoned high school into a vibrant senior living center. The building had suffered years of neglect, including a dangerously leaning front entrance, which was removed and rebuilt with new block and reattached stone. Our team also completed tuckpointing and brick replacement throughout, and installed all new coping stones on the roof and retaining walls, restoring both safety and aesthetic appeal.
Sandusky Bank Building (Sandusky, OH)
Our team restored a historic downtown Sandusky building, formerly a bank, where the upper stone wall had been held in place with temporary straps. We carefully removed the entire wall, rebuilt it, and installed all new stones to ensure lasting strength and a clean, historic appearance.
Center Street Village Condominium (Mentor, OH)
Formerly Mentor High School, this building received a complete masonry restoration. Our team replaced all steel lintels, tuck-pointed and repaired brickwork, and removed the front steps. New sandstone steps were purchased as slabs, brought back to our shop, precisely cut on our C&C bridge saw, and then installed on-site, restoring both safety and the building’s historic character.
